The New York Jury Verdict Reporter Volume XXI Issue 13 listed our trial counsel Francis X. Young as having obtained the Verdict of the Week. The verdict in a construction site injury totaled $7.64 million. This included $1.5 million for the wife of the injured worker. After appeals the insurance companies actually paid us $8.25 million.

A Manhattan jury awarded our Westchester laborer $1.25 million for complications associated with a dislocated hip.

A Bronx jury awarded our client $900,000 for broken cervical bones. The trial judge actually reduced the award to $700,000 finding that the jury awarded our client too much money. The client was still very happy with the Judge’s reduction.
